Mini Float Conference Post

·

Hi Guys!
Just a quick post today about the conference coming up and how I’ll be a part of it.

Round Table Discussion
For anyone who will be in town Friday, there are a bunch of really cool activities to be a part of! I will be MCing a roundtable discussion at 3pm. It’s free and gonna be a lot of fun and dense with information. There are 45 slots and as of this writing there are only 14 left!

Social Media
facebook-logoFollow me on Twitter and Facebook for my thoughts on what’s going on during the conference, as well as updates throughout the year. I love interacting over social media.

Live Tweeting!?
twitter-logoLast year I did a twitter livestream for every speaker throughout the entire conference. Would you like to see this again? I love doing it, but it’s also a lot of work! If this is something you’d like to see me do again this year, please leave a comment below.

Jory (Float Nation), Myself, Dr. Feinstein, Carl, Sandra, Emily

Dr. Feinstein
So excited to see that Dr. Feinstein will be speaking twice this year! His research is going to have a major impact on the world and affects our industry in major ways. The fact that Sandra, Emily and I played a part in them setting up their facilities is something I will always be grateful for. Sandra recently visited Tulsa Oklahoma (the location of their facility) and did some really cool work that I’m sure will be mention this weekend.

Emily Noren
Emily-Noren-headshotAn incredible woman with an incredible story. Floating has helped Emily recover from Anorexia, Bulimia and drug addiction. Emily started out floating with us, then volunteering with us and has since become one of our lead employees at the Float Shoppe. Hear her incredible story at 5:40pm on Saturday. Order her book here. Expect a post on Emily later this year.

Stay Tuned…
Chiggity check out my blog regularly and sign up for our newsletter. Brian (my partner in AoF) and I are working on some really cool new content to release throughout the rest of the year. As always I’ll have posts following the conference that cover particular presentations that inspired me or that I believe require more discussion.

Oh yea, and keep you eyes out for these two, we love sharing the floaty love!
